Push and Turn Button Lock: The inside push-and-turn button locks the door, while the outside lever requires a key until the inside button is manually unlocked. The inside lever remains free for easy access.

Push Button Lock: The door can be locked and unlocked using the push button on the inside, with the outside lever and keys used to unlock the door. The inside lever is always free, providing an emergency exit.
These commercial door locks are ANSI/BHMA 156.2 Grade 2 certified, ADA compliant, and fire-rated for up to 3 hours. They are suitable for a wide range of commercial and industrial settings, including schools, offices, government buildings, medical facilities, hotels, and multi-family residential properties.
The locks feature a 70mm backset latch, compatible with door thicknesses from 1-3/8 inch to 1-3/4 inch. They are reversible for both left and right-handed doors. Additionally, the levers can be rekeyed using the SC1 keyway at any local lock shop if you wish to have multiple locks keyed alike.
